DescriptionI’ve been looking for a long time for a nice Big John FF page. (They say patience is a virtue.) Although there’s no substitute for The King on the FF, I think Buscema did some nice work on the title while teamed up with Joltin’ Joe Sinnott.Looks like it’s “Clobberin’ time!” Thanks to Bechara of Nostalgic Investments. The main problem with this page is it's not in my collection. Congrats Mark!

Not only the magnificent battle and struggle, but the tense emotional weight behind each blow. Buscema demonstrates the mastery of anatomy in action and Sinnott guarantees that classic energetic Marvel shine.

Well, I do feel clobbered, Ben. This whole page clobbers! Especially that next to last panel, with Mr. fantastic doing his stretchy hero thing. A super sweet battle page from two of the masters. Big congrats!

Well, there's only one Jack Kirby, but there's also one John Buscema! And his first run on the FF is just breathtaking...

Man, as far as n FF example, this one's got it all. Nice Johnny shot, very clear JB Reed in that last panel, and Ben's catchphrase. Yessir, I can DIG it. CongratsQ!

"... there’s no substitute for The King on the FF ..."
No worries there. Jack did his thing, then John made it his own. Big John B was a FABULOUS FF artist. Just look at those powerful panels. Congratulations on owning this Marvel Masterpiece.
