DescriptionCrusty Old Doc Tyler performs some psychotherapy on our hero! Only it looks pretty painful like when Dr. Venom used the Brainwave scanner on Snake-Eyes!Then we begin a greatest hits/flashback montage that starts with the introduction of all-powerful Hourman of the 853rd Century as he was in DC One Million and ends with one of my favorite pages/moments from the first issue, Snapper Carr at the side of his best pal in his most vulnerable state. To hear me wax poetic about the entire run of Hourman, go here! Social/Sharing |

Awesome! Rags Morales' 90's art is a lot better than peope remember because it was the 90's and there was fierce competition from bigger titles everywhere. A new appreciation of his Hourman run is well deserved with his current works getting even better. Hourman is getting downloaded here and using up all his CPU and memory to show us his origins!

It's early career Rags, but already vastly improved from his earliest issues and showing a a good glimpse of what was to come!

(Like you I suppose) I loved that Hourman series despite the fact it was cut short and remains unfinished.

All right, we'll go to your place and you can show me your organ. But I'm warning you, it'd best be having music coming out of it.

Every time I see a page from this series I realize that I need to read it again. If someone were to ask me to create a list of underrated gems in the DC back catelog, this would be on the list along with Chase, H.E.R.O. , Chronos and maybe a few others.
