Description

Perhaps one of the last published sequential pieces Nodell did. This is a page from the 50th Anniversary book, featuring Yalan Gur's downfall as the Lantern of Sector 2814. Yalan Gur made his feature film debut in the Justice League movie.

Wow, I wasn't even aware DC had hired Marty to do some sequential art this late in life. What a great memento!

Thanks Ruben. I know Marty did a few pin-ups after this, but no other sequential art. I first met him around 1993. My copy of GL #19 was one of his comps. I have been looking for one of these pages for awhile.
