Description

Blue Bulleteer is the original costumed identity of Laura Wright, who later went on to become Femforce member Nightveil. She's also something of an homage to Phantom Lady (check out http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nightveil for the rundown on her).

The ever-talented Ed Coutts drew Bulleteer in a memorable damsels-in-distress Femforce story. I really liked the other sketches he'd done for me in the past and I thought a sketch of B.B. from him would be great.

For some reason, Ed wasn't very happy with how this sketch turned out, but I think it looks really good, and a lot of other people agree with me. I guess artists can be their own worst critics. Anyway, for years it bothered Ed that this didn't turn out better, but I think he finally felt like he made up for it when he did an incredible sketch of Kate Bishop in my Avengers Assemble sketchbook.
