Description

Another treasure from my collection of George Perez art. It was a real thrill to have George do a sketch of one of my favorite characters, Batgirl. He did this for me during a signing at a local comic shop. His untimely passing makes this even more precious. RIP George, we all miss you.

You've got other Pérez sketches from the after market, but pieces like this one that you obtained directly from him yourself have so much more meaning attached to them. Nice one, man!

Thank you for your kind words, sir! Actually, aside from the Dixie Trek Con Program cover and the Sachs & Violens splash, I bought all my Perez pieces directly from George.

The direct contact with a once in a lifetime talent like Perez is what matters most. It's a great bonus that this Batgirl is so wonderfully crafted.
