Description

Brush and India ink over graphite pencil, on 11" x 17" bristol. Gary did a great job in translating his photo reference here into a compelling graphic portrait. Gary titled the piece "Marilyn" but SwimmersGirl Art suggested that I add Monroe to the title so others would find it.

Was eye balling this one for a while. The work on her blouse is just insane! Congrats on not taking as long to think about it as I did.
