DescriptionPhoenix Resurrection #1 variant cover by Arthur Adams. The size of this artwork is surprisingly oversized: 23 inches by 16 inches.I was lucky enough to meet Arthur Adams and Joyce Chin while vacationing in beautiful Singapore in September 2017. I chanced upon this stunning homage cover and simply had to have it. I don't typically buy pencil and ink pages as I'm generally drawn to paintings, however, that collecting philosophy became utterly meaningless once the opportunity to buy an original Arthur Adams cover presented itself. And, it's an homage to a classic X-Men cover too. Social/Sharing |

In 30 years of collecting, I've seen people do a lot of different things to get their hands on an Art Adams cover. But going all the way to Singapore is a new one. Haha! Congratulations Charles! Oh, and thanks for mentioning my Classic X-Men #9 cover in your description.

Jean becomes Phoenix again?!? What could possibly go wrong? Great cover and it's cool to see Art Adams on X covers again (loved all his Classic X-Men covers!) Very cool addition to your collection!

I've never seen this cover before but you can't beat Art Adams drawing the X-Men.
