Description

To me this is one of Wrightson's most haunting images. Peak period brush work done on 11x17 DC board. Created the same time period as the HOM and HOS covers, but was published as a cover to Rocket Blast Comic Collector (RBCC #114) - I suspect it was a little too creepy for the DC kiddies. Very forelorn and gothic and down right eerie.
