Description

In May of 2019, I met Simon Bisley at East Coast Comicon. Simon is a bear of a man -- big and funny and full of life. On the last day of the convention, I commissioned him to do a Judge Dredd vs. Judge Death large commission for me.

Simon told me to come back at the end of the day and he would have the commission ready for me. When I got to him at the end of the convention, he was still busy with other pieces on his list so he gave me two options -- a refund or a completed piece in the near future, after he worked on it at home in the UK. I chose the latter option. Simon gave me his WhatsApp number so I could stay in touch.

After two months of not hearing from Simon, I finally contacted him in July of 2019 and asked about the status of my commission. He immediately responded to my message and said he would get the commission done very soon. A week later, Simon sent me a picture of my completed commission on WhatsApp. To say I am very happy would be an understatement.

If Volstagg were a real person, he would be Simon Bisley.
