DescriptionNightmask #9 is probably best known as Mark Bagley’s first professional pencilling gig. But for me, the page is a representation of the time that I started to appreciate and consume comic books on a regular basis.The series was cancelled after 12 issues, so there aren’t that many pages out there. An added bonus is that Nightmask only appears in his full costume in the first four pages of this issue—this is one of the four. Note: The caption boxes in panels 4, 5, and 6 are missing. I actually like the caption boxes being absent, for its dramatic effect. He finds the corpse, then it's quiet shock. Very neat page!
