Description

As stated in my other post on Kevin Nowlan, I had to get a commission piece for my Doctor Strange. I asked for Scarlet Witch and Kevin made sure to add some Hex signs, in order to match the magic happening on the other piece - both literally and figuratively, you could say.

A beautiful rendition, not overtly sexualizing Wanda, but just showing off her strength in magic and posture. For some reason, I keep going more and more towards commissioning Scarlet Witch and it hasn't disappointed yet. Size is 9x12, and this was also set-up before the FACTS convention this weekend.

Interestingly, Kevin told me his single figure commissions, and more specifically his partial figure option, are the "most bang for your buck". You only lose the feet and if he has to fit only one character on a bristol board, he can put more detail into that one. That may be his own, professional opinion, but I did see some beautiful 2 figure pieces over the weekend, as well.

If you don't have a Nowlan yet, you should!

Nowlan has that chaos magic working on this piece channeling all the mystical greatness in figure and form with emphasis on the flow of the hair and cape.

Awesome! I had Kevin do almost the exact opposite- Doc Strange- tired AF and drinking tea!

Love this Wanda pinup- Nowlan's clean lines bring so much to her beauty!

Absolutely! And while doing all that, Kevin made sure to match the Dr Strange piece in terms of hand gestures and positioning!
