Description

The ultimate issue of the latest Symbiote Spider-Man series. The story another superb offering from Greg Land and Peter David. The Symbiote series captures that feel of adventure and fun, from the original 6 issue storyline. Land's art is amazing as always, and David's writing is spot on.

The printed cover certainly captures the inner-struggle Peter faces against the symiote. However, I feel the coloring, belies the amazing detail in the original art. That said, you be the judge.

Yup, the image really captures the struggle between Peter and the symbiote's desire to consume him. Nice!

I'm up and down on Land but I think his work on this alien costume run as been killer - case in point with this cover! Truly indicative of how Pete "can't get away". And I agree - the black and white OA works a lot better. Congrats!
