Description

Another lovely experience at Paris Fan Festival 2023 was meeting Declan Shalvey. I have been staring at the work in his Marvel art book for a while now, as well as his interiors on "Injection", "Moon Knight", and his new "one man army"-style series "Old Dog".

Meeting him was great, as I loved that he took plenty of time to talk to me, and how genuinely surprised he was about the length of his queue wrapping around different tables. When I reminded him & mentioned I wouldn't take too much of his time, he said to "get out of here!". Appreciated the nice comment on my Irish name, too. Declan's one of the good ones, for sure!

While talking, Declan did this quick Logan for me as a gift.
