The Demons of Missouri is the fourth album narrating The Youth of Blueberry.
This is the first volume in which Wilson takes over the drawing from Giraud.
It is also the first title of the Quantrill Cycle (in two volumes).
Blueberry narrowly escapes a rock slide caused by killers.
He heads to the plateau overlooking the gorge to find out who was responsible.
While inspecting the spot, he understands that Nugget has announced his arrival.
Knowing the killers gone, Blueberry motioned for Mel to step into the gorge, protecting him from above.
Ink on Bristol paper with an image area of 15.5" x 19.5". White out. Page composed of two separate boards. Two paste-ups.
