With Silver Surfer so close to the camera, backed by that spectacular outer space vista, the piece makes me feel as if I'm watching a Surfer solo film on a large, widescreen television!

The camera angle and level at the base of the board is similar to the great surf documentaries.

Ben Harp: Do you think that taxpayers would like it Utah, if they knew that they were paying a federal agent to surf and pick up art?
