DescriptionOriginal Trapjaw animation cel, featuring a great shot of everyone's favorite HeMan villain! It was done circa 1983-1985 for the production of the all-time classic Filmation animated series He-Man and The Masters of The Universe. It is a great production cel with an outstanding perfect straight-on centered image, that has been hand-painted, and there is animator production numbering that likely indicates the scene this would have been prepared for. The full piece measures approximately 12 1/2" by 10 1/2", and is a standard handpainted 3-peghole cell (1 round, 2 rectangular). The cel is clear, and is scanned against a white background. This is an outstanding rare vintage MOTU piece, and a magnificent example to own featuring one of the most beloved and famous franchises in the history of comic books, animation, and TV shows. While many people may have toys of the characters, how many actually have an original hand-painted piece from the creation of the well-remembered 1980's TV series from this legendary franchise? It would look fantastic framed and prominently displayed, and would be a treasured collectible and key addition to the collection of any true HeMan fan, or an amazing gift.Social/Sharing |
