DescriptionSteve completed this unique take on a Jack Kirby Space Beast for me during his Summer Covid sale.He took some liberties with the Space Beast design (even though there isn't one specific one, actually), most notably making him more of a Kirby giant monster than the nine or ten foot tall aliens they're portrayed as in the original story, from Tales To Astonish #29. It's a super cool Steve Rude Kirbyesque drawing and I didn't own a Rude before, so I'm happy to have it in the collection! Size is around 12X14 on Bristol paper. Social/Sharing |

Brings back the memories of the old Marvel monster books. Really nice.

This is absolutely superb! No modern artist captures the feel of Kirby better than the Dude.
