Description

Two words for you, Harryhausen skeletons! James has done another outstanding job with this commission. I really love seeing other artists' take on Hellboy, and am so pleased with how this turned out. Just too much fun here. As the skeletons surround from the distance, Hellboy has focused on lower mandibles. He has a firm grasp on one with fingers in mouth and has sent another flying with an incredibly hard Right Hand Of Doom...Right in the kisser. The actual design of the skeletons is spot on as well, right down to the shields.

James said he got carried away with this and imagined Ray Harryhasen skeletons and an episode of The Avengers 60's TV series where Steed and Mrs. Peel are in a Scottish castle.

A sincere thank you to James Corcoran! He even threw in a bonus boy too!

Oh yeah, Harryhausen skeletons! Fun way to combine with a fave character of yours in Hellboy. To this day, the original Clash of the Titan is still a fave flick of mine :) Congrats, T!

The Scottish theme works reallt well here as the pattern on the capes give these guys a bigger intimidating presence than just their boney look.

Stunning Hellboy commission by James Corcoran! Funny to imagine Harryhausen skeletons attacking Hellboy! Corcoran's style certainly gives this piece a distinctively unique look! Congrats!
