Description

First of all, I want to send a sincere thank you to George Hage for this Cankor piece! I am beyond thrilled to have a double page splash from Cankor.

From the line work to the oversized hands, there are plenty of signature Cankor elements on display here. It is great to see how Matt Allison has used these elements as the Cankor series has continued. George noted to me previously how well Matt Allison can draw a fist, and it is so true! This piece also has the slightest reveal of the inner workings or wires as I have always referred to them. I can't stress how much I love the detail on these.

I also dig the overall scale of this piece. Cankor has always had the feel that he is a large character, and he is dwarfed in comparison as he hangs on for dear life from this behemoth.

The muscles, sinews, bones, and whatever organs happen to protrude done massive in scale is enjoyable for the mesmerizing effect.
