DescriptionHad a blast at OAX! I'll be posting some of my acquisitions in the days to come.But first, this fun page from Infinity Crusade. Just previous to this page, the infinity Watch (Drax, Pip the Troll and Maxam) have teleported into Avengers Headquarters. The Thing confronts Maxam, leading to Drax knocking out the Thing. This leads to the page you are currently viewing, where little mini-battles break out in a very funny way, with the Thing lying crumpled on the floor through the whole melee. Like, Wolverine and Speedball both leaping at Pip...and Pip teleporting away just in time so that Wolvy and Speedball collide, sending Speedball bouncing off to the right. Meanwhile, Pip has teleported to right above Rogue, so that he falls onto her and takes her out of the fray. Drax says "Hiya, Hulk" right before Hulk pounds him. Drax pounds him back, saying "Drax glad to see you too, Hulk." There's a funny moment with She-Hulk and Maxam as well. Then Reed stretching out his mouth so he can yell louder for everyone to KNOCK IT OFF! Social/Sharing |

Relly ncie cartooning by Lim as you can single out every matchup and follow it separately in these chaotic three panels. Very good inks by Milgrom too, knowing when to just have a tighter line for a humorous tone.

this 3 horizontal panel page is a feast for the eyes! so many characters jam packed and lots of great poses and details to enjoy. Lim and Milgrom shined together as one of the great Marvel 90s pairings and you can certainly see why here in this example.
Looking forward to your OAX posts! The page you showed me on Saturday was incredible (no spoilers for anyone else though!), curious what else you picked up!!

Ron Lim showing off his ability to do cartoonier work is what I like best about this page, apart from the fact that it's just fun overall! But, why is Speedball only 4 feet tall?

Lotsa characters, lotsa dialogue, but can't help but zoom in on Reed in that last panel, lol! Perfect stuff! Congrats!
