DescriptionWonder Woman is at a loss for how to help the cursed Lamia of Acacia, deformed by one god for being taken by another. The Hoover/Nichols team does a good job of reproducing the WW house style of the time. The last panel is a paste-up, but still original art. A great beauty and the beast page! In Showcase '93 anthology short stories, this one stands out! The last panel probably had to be drawn separately as it looks to have been fully done as a pin up first before being cut in.

The expressions, top to bottom! Some mighty fine storytelling right there, capped off by that priceless look on Diana in the final panel :) Congrats, Eric, and happy holidays!
