DescriptionA page where the dialogue is just as epic as the art! A couple of things that make this page special: For starters, it's the first piece of art I've EVER purchased in person. I also bought this directly from Alex while meeting him for the first time at this years Terrificon which ultimately made for a lifelong memory. I was next in line waiting to ask for a sketch of Black Suit Spidey and ahead of me was another collector carefully scanning through Alex's portfolio of published art.. I recognized his face from somewhere... "But where the hell from!?!?" It was ANKUR! I watched his interview with Bill on YouTube and thought it was awesome that I ran into him. As he continued to flip through Alex's portfolio, I did my best to survey each piece he stopped on. Finally, he got to this one and my eyes got wide. He paused on this one longer than the others and I just remember thinking to myself, "Shit!" He spoke briefly to Alex about it and then eventually moved on. PHEW!! I was up next and the rest was history! **THIS PAGE WAS RESTORED - VIEW ADDITIONAL IMAGES FOR THE 'BEFORE' VERSION** Huge thanks to Robert Dennis for the amazing restoration job in removing the yellow staining on the existing speech bubbles and recreating the missing stat over Venom's head. His work speaks for itself but above all - he's a true professional and someone I'd wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking for art restoration services. awesome Venom Spidey splashy!!! I have not gone down the restoration route yet on a page but this is def nice work, presents great. And I too was at Terrificon and perused Alex's portfolios lol but this was not in there so you certainly beat me to it as well...Ankur slept on this! ;) congrats!

Haha Thanks, Kavi! I was honestly pretty skeptical about sending off a page like this to a stranger. It was really Bill's 2hr interview with Robert and just viewing his examples that made me confident in getting this restored by him. Zero regrets, man.

Can't beat a full on Venom owning Spidey splash. Meeting the artist and having a great interaction adds to the memory and will always be reflected when admiring the piece. Congrats
