Description

Time to revist the portfolio and make available some pieces that I'd rather see on someone else's wall than my portfolio. I've been fortunate to have picked up some amazing Gunslinger Spawn images these past few years but it's time to curate a bit. There's only so much wall space!

This was one of Mirko's earlier Spawn covers and he has gone on to draw multiple variants for just about all of the various Spawn titles.

Mirko’s process is a combination of digital & traditional. He does the initial layout digitally, then prints that out, inks over it traditionally and embellishes with a whiteout pen creating a nice textured look & feel. Love the gritty vibes this one gives off.

Art is a nice textured piece of A3 (11.7x16.5)

Don't know the artist or the book.... Regardless, this looks epic. Gives me hard boiled, noir vibes. Love the use of negative space and the strong outlines of shapes.
