DescriptionThis is one of my favorite pages in my favorite book by my favorite creator. I love the inking technique here, carried over from the tail end of his run on Daredevil. Cross hatching can look stiff, but these lines have bounce and movement and convey the light from the fire and the glowing apparition. The woman, the ronin, the fire, the sword and the master. Perfection. Thank you D.Social/Sharing |

Dude- this is amazing!
Did you get this in 2017- or recently? This series is one of my favorites from Miller.
If you ever hear of a page becoming available... please reach out.
Congrats!!!

Look at the looseness of those inks, especially in that third panel. Amazing! Also, Miller really made good use of "cinematic" storytelling here.

It's a scribble at the end! Yes love it. He's got balls of steel. If I tried to do that it would look terrible and I'd have to get the white out.

Ronin was Miller's first epic work and man was he firing on all cylinders. The art, the story, the concept - all incredible. I'll never forget the first time I read it - still holds up all these years later. Congrats on this beautiful page!

Truly a superb Ronin and Frank Miller masterpiece! It was a pleasure getting together and closing our deal in a Ramen shop-- how appropriate for a great Ronin page! Congrats my friend and enjoy!

Dino, thank you again! It is truly a treasure! You could not have been easier to transact with. Outdoor ramen was so much fun. It is great to have you as a friend in the hobby. Hopefully the next time we meet it will be without masks!

Wow! What an amazing page by Frank Miller. Love his technique here. I really appreciate the way Miller is always growing, trying new things, not allowing himself to rest on his laurels. Genius pick-up!

It's still amazing to think how much Miller revolutionized comics but this page shows why he left such an impression on all of us fans. You got a piece of comics history! Huge congrats!

As impressive of a Ronin example as one could hope for! Miller was really operating at peak performance and it truly shows on this page. Huge congrats on such a masterful work of art!
