Description

What I believe to be the concept art for the demon soldiers of the Oblivion War from Elementals. That would put this page circa 1989. The two humanoid characters never appeared, even though the notes indicate they would be introduced in issue #13 (presumably of volume 2). The notes also say that the female character was supposed to be Holocaust’s daughter!

I believe this to be by series creator Bill Willingham.
