DescriptionA wonderful cover image for a project that never happened. I purchased this from Ted's Agent, Kasra Ghanbari, in February 2009, and did not receive the art until late May, due to continual problems that had nothing whatever to do with Ted or Kasra, but some personal health probelms of one of their collegues. It's a lovely piece of work, and I wish that the project could have been seen through to fruition! Apparently, Ted McKeever had drawn the covers for both of the first two issues and several pages of the interiors for this project that never came to be. The original is 12" x 17" on thick 15" x 20" Bristol board.Social/Sharing |

The Princess of Mars work by Ted is indeed striking. I was lucky enough to get an image myself. Congrats!
