DescriptionHere’s one I’ve wanted for a long time... and not for the usual nostalgic reasons... I first saw this cover by Adam Kubert back in 2019 at a show in Long Island.. the second I saw the cover my girlfriend said my face lit up.. I was thinking not for the usual reasons lol. Although the cover is amazing and has multiple characters I like (Wolverine and Phoenix jump right out) . The reason loved this cover was that it reminded me so much of my none comic collecting time. My late 20s and early 30s when I was trolling the bars regularly and all the crazy women that came and went.. poor Wolverine is living that life here... the dream red head who is just to hot to handle (Phoenix) the hot girl who will be anything you want as long as she gets what she needs (mystique) the fun loving brunette that just seems to have everything fall her way (domino) that cold ass blonde that seems so unapproachable but you still try (Emma Frost) the crazy vindictive one you can’t get away from (Lady Deathstrike) and that wholesome girl who is out spreading her wings (Mariko)... I’m sure a lot of you can relate!I waited long enough... overjoyed to own it! My friend George recently pointed out this was also used as a Card in the 2013 Marvel Fleer Ultra Retro set! Outstanding cover Jason! Wolvie is the best at what he does but next to that it's drinking beer and enjoying being a batchelor!
