This was my first (and so far only) commission. It was nerve wracking, but he was quick and great with communication. I think he did a great job with this.

way to go knowing the title of that piece. Most people call ii Bowler Hat Guy with Apple (or maybe that's what I call it). Magritte is one of my favorite artists. I didn't tell Matt Howarth, I just said I wanted something art or museum related with the post brothers.

After devouring everything by Howarth in the '80s, I lost touch with his work. Glad to see he's still producing top-notch work. Fun piece. Time to dig up those Post Bros comics.

Yes, he is still creating graphic novels. He is still making real sf comics. When i dollar bin dive, i qm always looking for howarth work.
