I had reached out to Phil in 2020 about a commission and hadn't heard back and then one day a couple months ago I received a reply asking if I still wanted this commission since it had been so long. Of course I immediately said yes and was fortunate to pick this up in person from Phil who is not only a tremendously nice person but a fellow art collector too!

Everything about this piece is perfect right down to the title!

Hester definitely channels and pays tribute to Eisner in the design of the piece incorporating the logo. His own style comes through with the heavy spot shadows on the Spirit's figure.
