this one is a cool story.
in the late 90's/early 00's i worked at an online toystore. some folks were still hesitant about putting thier credit cards online. one day the phone rang and it was someone wanting to place an order. when he said his name was Ron Lim i thought, no way.....
he confirmed it was THE Ron Lim and we talked comics a bit. i mentioned just getting into OA and commissions and he redirected me to his site.
There was a great flash/green lantern page there i decided i wanted but when i asked about it he said it had already sold and hadn't updated the site yet. so instead we decided i should get a commission. When he sent it in though he included a second piece as a surprise. it was an unpublished Flash cover! what's funny is i would have been happy with just one but now i have two! i've kept that post it note on it since which i hope isn't messing up the paper but at this point its been over 20 years so meh?
i've kept both pieces together ever since and can't imagine splitting them up

Ron is a sweetheart of a guy as always! Even with the fame and appreciation he's gotten in recent years, he's still humble and friendly to all that approach his table.
