These early IDW ones continuing the Marvel series are a really fun because Larry Hama also returns! Not a reboot at all, it's just as if the characters came back after a break where Cobra's operations have gotten even more rooted in our modern society! Padilla's art had that modern edge that induced more people to try out this 80's favorite.
