The poor thing. It was left alone for a few days now it's hungry. Remember to always look after your large p... ahem. I mean your giant... ah... black... nope. Just feed your dam cat ok? Whew.

Clearly not the Cat that Batman was expecting to find. A great pair of pages by two masterful artists (and autographed to boot!) Congratulations.

Truly a great way to prevent cats from clawing on your sofas: let they claw on Batman! 😸 Congrats on this beautiful page!

Love how the tension builds with those first four panels.

Great closeup of Catwoman's growler in the spotlight! Batman's tiny flashlight isn't going to be able to beat her back to any kind of satisfaction. The specks of white left by where Alcala's inkins didn't cover is faithfully left in the published version to get great atmosphere.

Batman vs a black panther :)
Man, dig the set up, then the splash! The combo of shadow and light...so cool. Congrats!

I think the first sign to Batman that maybe he shouldn't hook up with Catwoman was that she kept a panther loose in her home. Awesome art by the great Don Newton!

From my all-time favourite era of Batman comics! Wonderful combination of stories AND art! Alfredo Alcala was an absolute master at depicting atmosphere and this is a prime example of that!
