DescriptionThanks Dino for this page - picked this up on CAF's Dueling Dealers (Amateur version) show with Dino and Jordan.Star Wars Weekly was a UK Marvel title that gathered stories from the US comics, some strips and some SW fan content. This page is from issue 97 page 16 and I'm sure it was also in the US run, but not sure of the cross reference there - if anyone knows, would love to know. Each panel is art, but it has been cut up and put together using tape to form the page. You can learn more about it and this series here-> https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Star_Wars_Weekly_97 Social/Sharing |

Great pick up. Glad to see you score this at the show. If I could have, I would have tried to claim this page. Congrats.

I don't beleive this story ran in the original Marvel U.S. series, but someone can correct me if I'm wrong. This is a stellar page. You don't see too many Infantino all space battle pages like this one. Congrats.

Kicked myself for missing that episode and a chance at that page. Nice score! That was from the UK story "The Day After the Death Star" which was not published in the US series so no corresponding issue there. It was used in one of the Marvel Illustrated Books here in the US, and was reprinted in several of the Dark Horse and later omnibus volumes. Cheers!

This was one of my favorite pages on that Dueling Dealers episode. I don't think any of us were expecting to see such a great SW page. Dino and Joshua have been nothing but Awesome those first two shows. Congrats on acquiring such a great page. Happy Hunting!

Agreed - I saw it flash on screen and hit the 'send' button as fast as possible and closed my eyes and held breath hoping that Bill called me out as the winner. Thankfully I snuck in there before like 10 claims. Got very lucky. Loving both the pro and amateur dueling dealer shows - everyone should be watching those, great deals and great pages and also a wide range - last night's sketch/commish show was an average of like $700 and ranged from $200-2k -something for everyone!
