Description

Susan Delgado, who has suffered many indignities and will suffer many more, is betrayed by the witch she hired, who implants a humiliating post-hypnotic suggestion.

An unpublished version of The Dark Tower: The Gunslinger Born # 2, page 22 (2007) redrawn for the published issue.

Very nicely done during his all pencil Dark Tower period. Even though not used, it shows that his was the singular talent that could have brought the Dark Tower books to life on the comic page. Once Marvel deviated from using Jae exclusively, the books lost their unique place and prestige.

I agree. The Jae Lee art (with help from the colorist) has this mesh of western, horror, fantasy, and sometimes sci fi to it; the later books just looked like straight westerns to me.
