Tom recently told me this is the best Batman page he has ever done. I am inclined to agree with him.

This page has it all.... rain, lightning, action panel, classic Batman poses, the big comeback reveal, iconic splash panel that is not only the key to the story for this book, but also matches the painted cover... This is undoubtedly the greatest page from the issue, but beyond that it is also one of the most memorable (for me at least) Batman pages ever due to the great layout and content and the perfection with which Tom pulled it all off.

I would agree with Tom, at least this is my favorite by him. Actually tried to buy this one a while back. Congrats Daryl!!!

Great page, really one of his best! I got the previous page 32 in my collection. I really like Grindbergs style, especially Bride of the Demon.
