Barbarella of course was created by Jean-Claude Forest in 1962, and in 1968, was adapted into a film starring Jane Fonda.

WOW! This is what I love to see. Work by unknown artist names that is of big name level talent and skill! Absolutely beautiful rendering style, borrowing a bit from Kevin Nowlan. Great stuff!

Friday evening she turns out to be...

Fonda, pretty Barbarella, now she is the queen of the dancing floor
This is Mike Krome art she's waited for
Just like Barbarella (just like Barbarella)
Fonda, pretty baller cover, who would ever think she could be this way
This is the art that she likes to play
But she knows the fun would go away
If she would play it every page

Beautifully and intricately crafted, much prefer the OA here to the published cover although I can see what they were going for with it I guess. Nice addition!
