Surfer Fans Read and Enjoy!! I’m Galactically pleased to have just acquired this back to back OA this intense moment between Surfer and Galactus where this missing pieces to Surfer’s Origin is revealed..It is of great cosmic importance that this Dialogue be revealed and here it is ..

And I think Marvel on purpose waited to use issue 48 for this deeper origin reveal to make this reveal to mirror Fantastic four issue 48 as his first appearance,

Perfect Surfer, both in wiriting and in art. I loved reading these issues as they were coming out and still love them today. Congrats!

One of the most shakespearean character sagas in the Marvel universe is the story of the Surfer and Galactus. Just an incredible 2 pages. Lots of kudos for scoring these. Love it!!

I like how Galactus is trying to butter Surfer up with flattery. Calling him honorable won't offset the millions of murders so you could have a smorgasbord, Galan. Maybe try flowers? This is an awesome DPS, telling a historic storyline. And it's such beautiful Lim work. Big congrats!

Love this sequence. Perfect marriage of art and dialogue. We know Lim does a mean SS but his Galactus is also oh so good! Congrats!
