You just have to wonder how Perkins is able to control those thinned out inks and how he maintins that look without going over where it is left white. A penultimate issue to the run and Perkins is letting it all out with inspired work that will outlast the test of time.

Gorgeous page, Raj! Marcus is absolutely right - this page is all about soft touch, not only between Levi's older and younger selves, but on the part of Mike Perkins himself, with all the control needed to pull off a page like this, in this particular way... Holy moley, it is lovely! Storytelling really can't get any more beautiful. Congrats, Raj! Great pick up!
