Description

There's this auction site that works mainly in the EU. It's got a bit of a dodgy reputation for some... let's say morally objectionable practices, that are, of course, well within their capitalistic capabilities.
There's a good interest in Conan-related pieces there, and legendary artist Sanjulian, through his art rep, offers some works there. It's either quality prints of older work or these careful recreations of poses from those works, in his inimitable penciling style.

When this piece came up, it immediately spoke to me. His interpretation of REH's famous Barbarian is unlike the more muscular US artist interpreation, but from the expression, the energy emenating off him, still very clearly the same Cimmerian.

On top of that, it's just an incredible piece of art.

Amazing! You got an original Sanjulian and a Conan at that. The textures are just first rate everywhere. The sheild alone is lifelike for days. Congrats!
