Description

Hulk 233 was my 1st Hulk Comic. On-sale 45 years ago this month!

The last panel dialog on this page "Hulk Can Hold His Breath For A Long Time" has been ingrained in my tiny mind since childhood. I now am very fortunate to own all of my Hulk 233 Grail's.

Stone's excellent inks truly compliment Sal's pencils.

This page completes a 3 page sequence of The Hulk diving down a secret tunnel passage and emerging near bottom of San Francisco Bay. The first 2 pages of the sequence are:

Underwater Hulk gives us a chance to see that sweet 70's perm Hulk hair with Sal's action blocking that allows for Chic's lush inks!
