Description“But it was so loud”Well, I am floored to say the least. Just another absolutely stunning cover from Peach, and it's Spider-Man!!! Her recent Eisner win for Best Cover Artist is honestly something that could not be more deserved in my opinion. I am honored to add this one to the collection. I love the overall tone of this cover. The red background creates the perfect sense of distress as the symbiote is being attacked by sound. She also captures this distress perfectly in his pose. Then you have the multiple strands of the symbiote being pulled in every direction. You can almost feel it. New art days are always great, but getting a cover like this really reinforces why I love this hobby. Social/Sharing |

Peach really is probably the best cover artist going right now, and it's such a treat to not only see her rendition of Spidey, but also in vibrant color through mixed media. Whew. Huge congrats!

It channels the church bells ripping the symbiote from Peter while being totally original. Fantastic.

Momoko renders a classic image that reverberates through to today's audiences. The book isn't even out yet...so it reverbs into future audiences.

Simply sublime. I had to sit on my hands when I saw this one the first time. Glad it went to a great collection.

Also, did Peach tape the edges? I haven't seen that from her before. Or did you add a border in post?

She did indeed. That white border is part of the piece.

Thanks, it works quite well in the middle, also sincerely up there as one of my favorites. Note my loud Ddub pages on each side. That is what is damaging the symbiote. Spider-Man was a fool to underestimate the pure shredding ability of DWJ and Murder Falcon.

Tyler, this is amazing. I love the recreation of the church bell scene - and the tendrils shot everywhere really speaks to the liquid, yet connected feel of the symbiote. The color on this is so well matched to the scene - just a great cover.

Thanks Eric, she really did such a good job at capturing that scene and the feeling of it! I was beyond excited to get this cover.

Love it! Though the colors are mainly hues of red and black, they are still so rich. I'm still looking for my Peach piece. Congrats!

One of the best covers from the best cover artist of this current era. Museums will ask to borrow this someday.
