Description

Thank you, Kavi, for a pitch-perfect Secret Santa gift. First there was the limited Lego Darth Vader bust, and then Kavi keeps the dark theme going with this amazing commission from his buddy Tricky. It's such an easy piece to love! The care and consideration that has gone into it is obvious, from the multiple techniques to the thoughtful embellishments everywhere. In presentation it really feels like this might be Dream's portrait of Death in his family gallery, which is very very cool indeed.

I'm extremely grateful this Griswold season to all the great community members here at CAF and for the camaraderie that has made these past 2 years so much more bearable.

A smile from her informs us of both her vulnerability and strength. It straddles the realm of fantasy and autobiography as she radiates a story through this portrait. Its message: through death, there will come life.
