Description

A page that stirred a twinge of sadness in me when I recently reencountered it, nearly 20 years after first reading this issue of Y the Last Man (has it really been that long?). In today's particularly charged social and political climate, you could interpret the image in any number of ways, depending on your personal world view. I won't go into my own but simply present the image for you to enjoy as you will (or not for that matter).

Parlov's use of negative space is excellent in this page, as is his minimalist approach towards expressions and posture. A great page in its forever home!
