Description

Hickman's expert mixture of sci-fi and inventive world-building in House of X/Powers of X reinvigorated the X-Men franchise. There was an excitement that hadn't been felt since the Jim Lee days and for once the material actually exceeded the hype! Mike Huddleston's variant covers for the series were ridiculously good and now ridiculously hard to find. I love his take on Magik here and all the texture created by the portal really makes the piece pop. Mike also ended up making prints of the color version which is just as impressive. Big thanks to Travis for letting this one go!

These covers were amazing and absolutely loved the work that was done by Huddleston. Each issue variant stole the show for what was being highlighted and the designs were absolutely gorgeous. Congrats on this find.
