Fantastic fantasy work by one of the all time hall of fame artists!  Every panel shows his expertise in the illustration discipline and put together, they display his wide range of storytelling.

A breathtaking array of details that leaves the viewer's brain pan rattling around in the floor!  One of -THE- indelible images from that classic run (well-deserving of its "classic" status!) and an iron-clad testament to the design brilliance of Bryan Hitch.  This is not visual techno mumbo-jumbo: each bolt, rivet, plate, socket, and winch serves a very distinct purpose and speaks to a forethought of intentionality and design that grounded this hyper-reality in "dry reality", and made the reading experience of The Ultimates engrossing and engaging in ways I had never seen before.  An INCREDIBLE piece!! :)

Man, one of the THE original images from the series.  A truly great looking piece of art as well as super important - that's what we call a double whammy.  Love this series to this day, as it really changed the game, and part of that had to do withe designs.  Witness exhibit A :)  I still flip through my Ultimates and Ultimates 2 trades for sure.  And I agree.  When I think "Hitch" I think "Utimates".  Huge congrats!

Killer piece!  It's where the anime inspired armor really got the spotlight and put them on the road to getting us the MCU Iron Man.  Great industrial theme to the whole cover to represent the world Tony comes from.

Impossible not to love a Spidey origin recap page.  And the villains at the bottom are a wonderful bonus.  Congrats buddy!

A mega selling first issue priced at only 99 cents and the origin recap to get the bigger audience caught up!  Like the intention of the series itself, Oliffe made his art to fit in between issues of the Ditko ASM run!

These covers were amazing and absolutely loved the work that was done by Huddleston.  Each issue variant stole the show for what was being highlighted and the designs were absolutely gorgeous.  Congrats on this find.

This is absolutely amazing, great piece of AOA history and really great art to go with the history. Congrats on this find.  

The glow in the dark cover made this one of the most memorable of the era and one of most highly collected.  This end page has everything else about this era on Ghost Rider on full blast!  Guns, flaming skulls, the bike and a Spidey stinger to get us back for the next issue!

Hey, you got a Tex GR page!  That's awesome, congrats buddy!  Yeah, I played with this cover too.  But the glow-in-the-dark thing got old pretty fast.  Luckily I was able to enjoy the great Tex artwork inside the book for a lot longer.  Sweet page, with two nice GR panels.
