DescriptionPublished 1967The Ultroids Attack! written by Roy Thomas I was a big fan of the Don Heck era of Avengers and am happy to own a few representative pages from this run. This page is sheer nostalgia for me. In this issue Quicksilver has been captured and the Avengers rush to his rescue. They find he has been captured by the Ultroids - androids commanded by Ixar. Congrats on owning a few of these nostalgia plays. I still clearly remember these twice-up Heck Avengers pages being available at only $400 to $450 for so long!

Great action shots by Heck! I remember picking up a beat-up copy of this issue for $1 as a kid. It cemented my affection for Heck's work on this title.
