Description

In this colorful character montage, original Captain America co-creator, Joe Simon, symbolizes the compelling, definitive history of his own and the Simon & Kirby team's greatest creations. This fantastic mixed media comics history classic has an overall size of 29" x 23"

This piece used to hang on Joe's wall. When I started collecting, I knew this was one of the pieces I really wanted to get. Glad I was able to buy it back and now it hangs on my wall.

Yes it really is. I use to stare at this piece and a few others on his living room wall when I was 5-8 years old. I am glad I can do that once again. Sometimes I just catch myself staring at the details of it like I did so many years ago. I'm very fortunate that I was able to be reunited with it. Hopefully I will be able to do that now with other pieces

A fun piece. I remember identifying the different characters when I visited Joe. Great that you have it back. Congrats.

I know exactly what you mean. I used to do the same thing, except when I was 8 I pretty much only knew Cap, Bucky, Joe and speedboy. I find myself gazing into it at random times just appreciating the detail. Now I hope to find the other half, the extended version of this piece with all the other characters. I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. I want to get that, frame it exactly the same, and hang them right next to each other just like Joe did

I have one of these 12 x 18 When I look at it under a loop I see a screen pattern Anyone know what it is and how much it's worth? Simon's signature is in print, not by hand
