I was contacted a few weeks ago about Joe art. I�m always on the hunt for his art, particularly for the pieces I remember from childhood/important ones. I was presented with this unfinished piece that was sold when he passed. I liked the concept and think the piece has really good bones. The fact that its an unused cover to Joe and Jim�s book, The Comic Book Makers, sealed the deal. I love when Joe drew himself or an artist mixed in with the art. Happy to say, I�m pleased with my purchase and welcome it to my small but growing collection.

I felt it really captured Joe's spirit. You can feel his inspiration and his love for these characters in the piece.
