Description

Having cut ties with Magneto the previous issue, the New Mutants start issue 76 having to deal with a street Karen. They decide to go where it's chill - X-Factor's Ship to hang with their new buds, the X-Terminators. Little do they know what they're walking into! The X-Ts accidentally uncover a horn lost by Namor waaaay back in FF #4, so sure, let's blow on this thing. The giant squid monster brought forth is defeated by the combined efforts of the New Mutants, X-Terminators and the Sub-Mariner himself. Hopefully Namor learns to keep better track of his toys, and to put some clothes on around children.

Alan's color work gets more detailed with every commission round. The wave work here is stunning in person.

What occult ritual did you do in order to get a colour commission from Alan Davis?!? And can you share it with me, please?

Wow, great commish! I don't think I knew Alan had command of color like this. Nice scene choice for him to show out - love how the water's rendered. Nice water and sky quality to this NM 76 homage. Congrats!
