Description

Original Art Page for Savage She-Hulk #2, published by Marvel Comics in March of 1980. This is Pg. 27 in the issue (Story Page 17), and is the next to last page in Shulkie�s second issue! It features the Jade Giantess in every panel on the page from one of the earliest appearances of the Incredible Hulk's cousin! There are 4 large panels of She Hulk as she is enraged, and then is told to surrender by the police. She runs off as the police fire bullets at her. The final panel features her in her normal alter-ego form of Jen Walters, where as a lawyer, she heads for the County Courthouse as she wrestles with whether justice really does triumph. The page is signed in the final panel. The page has yellowed so it looks slightly more yellow than what may appear to be a tan color in the scan. There is some use of whiteout in the word bubble in the middle panel, and a blue pencil line drawn there that goes down to the bottom of the page. There is also staining at the bottom right corner edge, but that is mostly in the margin area and does not affect the artwork. With She-Hulk getting her own Disney+ series, this page is only going to increase in value. And if you wanted one perfect early She-Hulk example, you may not find one better or earlier than this!
